During COVID19 I began to write a blog called 'the art of mindful disruption'. It was poignant to be writing about disruption during what has likely been the most disruptive time the modern world has faced to date.
I don't know about you, but this last year I saw suffering, hardship and acceleration all at once. 2020 was an epic year for everything, everyone and in every place, nothing, no one and nowhere was left untouched by the disruptive force of COVID19.
So you might be saying what has some little known topic like mindfulness got to do with all this? I'm glad you asked.
Mindfulness is a highly useful strategy to engage, to both prepare for, and thrive through disruption, yet it is greatly misunderstood and misrepresented as woo-woo. Rest assured science can already explain a lot about Mindfulness. It is also constantly evolving to expand our understanding of mindfulness practices even further.
I am a Yoga & Mindfulness Coach. Yes, something I still regularly need to explain the meaning of to people I meet. One day I believe that mindfulness will be as readily understood, as exercise is for the betterment of human existence.
Since the beginning of COVID19, I have written more than 50 blog articles covering important topics that shine a light on Infinite human potential. This is a huge topic that is particularly close to my heart, of which I have written extensively about in a book called 'Infinite You' that will be released later this year.
I write about many topics in my blog, that are not written about enough. I do this in the hope, that by sharing the valuable insights I have gained through my journey in life, others will gain. We don't share a planet of nearly 8 billion people to keep our wisdom hidden away.
